BOARD SHIPPING

We are currently accepting preseason orders for the 2024/25 season. Orders placed now will be sent out in November.

UNITED STATES

We currently offer $65 shipping on single board purchases throughout the continental United States. (Additional fees may apply for Alaska and Hawaii, contact us).

Orders will be sent from Utah, Monday-Friday, Standard Ground.

LOCALS

If you live in the Greater Salt Lake area, or would rather pickup your board, contact us.

EVERYONE ELSE

We do not currently offer international shipping. But please contact us to let us know that you are interested and we will see if we can figure out a way to get a board to you.

MERCH SHIPPING + RETURNS

We currently use a make on-demand service for merchandise orders. Items will be created and sent by a third-party distributor. Shipping rates and fees vary, and are set by the distributor. You will be provided separate order tracking for any merchandise purchased.

Due to the nature of made to order printing, we will only be able to accept returns for defective or misprinted items. We cannot accept returns based on sizing issues or if you change your mind. Please be sure to refer to the sizing charts on each product page before ordering.

BOARD RETURNS

We hope that you love your board as much as we loved building it. But if not, we want to make it right. Please review our return policies and contact us with any questions regarding your return or if you believe that you have a warranty issue.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Return items must be unused, in resalable condition.

RETURN REFUSALS

Lunar Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept returns of used, damaged, or unsalable items.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item to us, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returns of items that received Free Shipping are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us before shipping the item back to us.

BOARD WARRANTY

LUNAR WARRANTY

All products made by LUNAR Manufacturing LLC have a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse by riding things other than snow, impacts, cosmetic issues or modifications. Keep your sales receipt when you purchase a LUNAR Manufacturing LLC product as this is your proof of purchase. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer (including, without limitation, KSL, Craigslist, eBay, etc.) 

If you think you may have defective product shoot us a email as soon as possible so that we can help determine the best course of action.
